Established in early 2004, Migrate UK is a referral based, relationship driven immigration law practice providing bespoke solutions to corporations, businesses and individuals alike.

We are retained as in-house immigration advisors to some of the world’s largest most recognisable organisations, as well as individuals, both here in the UK and worldwide. We pride ourselves on mobility and adaptability in an ever changing environment. Our immigration specialists make sure that our knowledge and the manner in which we advise, is tailor made for you.

The Migrate UK immigration practice is led by Jonathan Beech. Jonathan has over 25 years of UK immigration legislation and casework experience, the majority of which has been with Ernst and Young, KPMG and his own practice. Jonathan regularly speaks at HR seminars and forums, along with his team, has provided immigration advice law commentary to over 70 major UK newspapers and professional journals. He is often heard on national radio and local television stations.

We specialise in providing immigration advice and services for those wishing to enter or remain in the UK. This can be for business or personal purposes.

Regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) reference: F200400159. The OISC is an independent body responsible for ensuring that all immigration advisors fulfil the requirements of good practice.

Having gained much experience working for the Home Office, Ernst and Young and KPMG, Managing Director Jonathan Beech instilled three key values; integrity, trust and knowledge. These have continued to be at the forefront of the company’s philosophy.

With over 20 years working and consulting in UK immigration, Jonathan has gained exceptional levels of trust and credibility through his diligent and conscientious attitude towards his practice. Having moved headquarters to Milton Park in July 2013, strong relationships have been created and we have begun hosting seminars around a number of interesting topics within the Human Resources sector.
