European Union Citizens
The UK’s vote to leave the European Union has left many EU nationals and employers feeling unsettled.
At Migrate UK, we specialise in EEA / EU residence applications including for Permanent Residence and applications to the EU Settlement Scheme.
We also advise employers and provide strategy planning services to ensure employers are prepared should EEA / EU citizens require permission to stay and work in the UK in the future.
Family members of Northern Irish with British or Irish citizenship are eligible to apply for a UK immigration status under the EU Settlement Scheme on the same terms as family members of Irish citizens in the UK.
Our dedicated team will ensure that documenting your immigration status in the UK is a smooth, hassle-free process. Submitting applications compliant with UK and European regulations requires precision and knowledge of the process.
