Jonathan has over 25 years’ experience within the immigration sector. Prior to setting up Migrate UK in 2004, he gained extensive experience within the UK government managing the immigration Public Enquiry Office before moving into commercial and private client legal advisory with Ernst & Young and KPMG.
Jonathan is regularly approached by industry journals and leading HR titles for his interpretation and insight into current events, immigration trends and rule changes. His research has been published within The Independent and Financial Times and he has represented Migrate UK as an industry specialist with the BBC on numerous occasions.
As Migrate UK has become recognised as industry leaders, Jonathan’s opinion has also been sought by government consultants which in turn have influenced government policy. He co-hosts HR seminars and forums for business leaders every quarter and leads strategy planning workshops for UK based businesses.
One of Jonathan’s biggest achievements relates to his company’s adaptability. With the number of immigration law changes, government procedures and technology advances since 2004, Migrate UK continues to provide advice and services to an increasing number of referred clients year on year. With every day presenting a different challenge, it certainly points towards an interesting and stimulating career and Jonathan has not found it difficult to maintain his enthusiasm for immigration law.
Jonathan Beech has always abided by and instilled within the team at Migrate UK three key values; integrity, trust and knowledge and these values have continued to be at the forefront of the company’s philosophy for the last 20 years.
