Beverly Chan

Beverly holds an LLB in Law, and has completed the Bar Practice Course along with a Master of Laws at the University of Law, Manchester. She was called to the Bar in England and Wales in 2022. Throughout her university years, she has actively engaged in several volunteer projects, including the Street Law project and the Yorkshire Tribunal Advocacy Project. She has also contributed as a speaker at the Pro Bono Centre and served as a student advisor at the Legal Advice Clinic.

Beverly joined Migrate UK in April 2024 as a Paralegal, where she focuses on corporate immigration, particularly Skilled Worker Visas, Temporary Work Visas, Global Business Mobility and family visas. Prior to this role, she gained valuable experience as a Legal Assistant in a renowned immigration and family law department in London. There, she assisted with complex cases, managed her own caseload, and authored articles on immigration law, advising companies on hiring international staff and guiding visitors on UK entry processes. She has gained a strong foundation in administration and support duties, having worked with various companies and law firms. Her ultimate career goal is to advise clients on the strengths and weaknesses of their cases, drawing on the legal knowledge and experience she has accumulated over the years.

In her spare time, she enjoys staying active through kayaking, hiking, running, and exploring nature. Travel and adventure are high on her priority list.
